Rupantor Unnayon Sangstha

Introduction:
In 2004, Rupantor Unnayon Sangstha, an Local NGO, began the operation of the RUS providing Disable Health & Rehabilitation, Self Employment, Social Mobilization and Micro credit for the underserved and underprivileged population of Bangladesh. It was operated, managed and almost fully funded by Rupantor Unnayon Sangstha GB. during the first One decades of its existence. In 2015 with the objective of sustainability and continuous improvement of the quality services rendered by the Rupantor Unnayon Sangstha, with the permission of the Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of Bangladesh , handed over the complete responsibility of the operation and management of the Centre to a local organization under the name of Rupantor Unnayan Sangstha GB specially created for this purpose. This is a non-government, non-profit organization with a Eleven member Board. The Rupantor Unnayon Sangstha working to build up such a society where every people will enjoy a democratic, religion impartial, discrimination free society, where youth and older, women, children, disable and disadvantage people will enjoy justice.

Mission
We want to inspire the government in policy formulation which will be in favor of poverty, physical disabilities friendly, gender equity and all tribe race group including marginalized people through the formulation of a coalition with different organizations to increase cooperation and solidarity in zonal and international stage which objects to establish public rights on the natural resources of Bangladesh and to ensure the responsible use of resources. Creating a working environment with the mainstream population of the backward population. The recent socio-economic, political background of Bangladesh is becoming increasingly difficult to establish the rights of marginalized communities, deprived of the general poor rights and facing multidimensional challenges. Rich and poor people discrimination is growing day by day. The social structure of Bangladesh has consistently become a matter of personal interest and non tolerance. Its the main reason for this is lack of good governance. Through everywhere, different institutions are being run by the corrupt and unethical policy makers. To Enrich and the change of the social structure from grassroots level which is run by the muscle strength and political consideration.
